The human body is a beautiful and complex network of 1,72,000 Nerves/Nadis, which represent the metaphysical energy or life-force. Chakras are those nerve centres which manage the confluence of the nadis. There are 7 most important chakras, which dictate the flow of energy throughout the body.
These are so important that if they are aligned in desired manner, they can help the person achieve peace, happiness, creativity, self-esteem, compassion, confidence, focus and spirituality. On the other hand, disbalance in the chakras can lead to problems like anxiety, gut problems, anger issues, palpitations, infections and lack of direction.
The primary source of aligning the chakras is through meditation!
