Processing – Robusta Mosto Process Naturals

Tasting notes – Dark Cacao, Raisin, Molasses sweetness

Fermentation – In Cherry fermentation for 36 hours with inoculated with lab microbes with vacuum impregnation process and dried on raised beds for 26 days.
