Directions :

• Add 1 tbsp to your bath (bucket/bathtub) and bathe as usual
• Use as a light scrub on the body, leave on for 5-7 mins, and rinse off
• For aching feet, add 1 spoonful to warm water and soak for 10 – 15 minutes
