Pourin’ Plums Single Estate Coffee delivers a vibrant cup with citrus zest, juicy plum, and chocolatey smoothness—an elegant single-estate honey-processed Arabica.

Altitude – 1300-1380 MASL

Processing – Sucrose Fermentation/ Honey Sun-Dried

Tasting notes – Citrus Zest, Ripe Plums, Mild Chocolate

Fermentation – Once pulped, Pourin’ Plums Single Estate Coffee is fermented anaerobically for 27 hours. Post this, they are heaped initially and then slow-dried on raised beds for 20 days.

Different Grinds available: Aeropress, Cold Brew, Drip/Pour Over, Espresso, French Press, Metal Filter, Mokapot, Percolator, Turkish, Whole Beans
