This Well O Sip Pepper Tisane blend is made from the King of Spices pepper. Traditionally known to cure a lot of discomfort during the winters.

This Tisane is certainly great for respiratory health along with being having antioxidant properties and provides help in digestive impairment, cold, cough or throat irritation such as chronic rhinitis/sinusitis, asthma, respiratory irregularities, skin diseases, frequent urination, obesity, anorexia, diabetes, and filariasis.

How to brew Pepper Tisane?

• Step 1: Boil 200ml of water
• Step 2: 1 spoon (given along with the pack) of tisane to be added to boiling water
• Step 3: Put the stove in sim for 15 minutes
• Step 4: Add Jaggery as required (optional)
• Step 5: Add milk 100ml (optional)
• Step 6: Stain and enjoy the drink

Note: It will be spicy drink, do not give it to children. The above measurement is to get 100ml of concoction, if required you may add 100 ml of milk (optional)
