How to brew Ashwagandha Tisane?
- Step 1: Boil 200ml of water
- Step 2: Add 1 spoon (given along with the pack) of tisane to boiling water
- Step 3: Put the stove in sim for 15 minutes
- Step 4: Add Jaggery as required (optional)
- Step 5: Add milk 100ml (optional)
- Step 6: Stain and enjoy the drink
