How to use Pads:

1. Remove the pad from the disposal bag
2. Paste pad and wide back to your panty
3. Fasten all 4 wings for a secure fit.
4. For used pads, roll them into the wrapper
5. Put the rolled pad back into the disposal bag
6. Dispose in the bin – Do Not Flush
7. Change your pads every 8 hours

How to use our Pantyliners:

1. Remove the liner from the box
2. Paste liner to your panty
3. For used liners, roll them in paper
4. Dispose in the bin – Do Not Flush
5. Change your liners every 6 hours

It is unsafe to use any sanitary napkin or menstrual care product for more than 12 hours.
